What happens when my plan runs out?
All plans will automatically top-up when your balance reaches 10% of the plan total. For instance, the $49 (1400 credits) plan, will trigger an automated top-up of $49 and (1400 credits) when your balance reaches 140 lookups. You will be kept updated by email when a top-up occurs.
Can I change my plan?
You can change your plan at any time via your account billing page.
Are there any setup costs?
No. Within the trial period, it is free to create an account, API Keys and trial our native integrations and APIs.
Is your database up-to-date?
Yes. Our Address Database is updated everyday against USPS Address File so you can be confident you won't miss the latest address changes.
How do I use AddressZen?
Access to our services requires an API Key. You can create an API key by registering for a free account. You may create a key to produce a test integration. When you are ready to go live, you will need to purchase a credit balance on your key.
How should I choose a plan?
We recommend estimating your projected usage for 12 months and selecting a plan based on that figure. If you are not sure about your future usage you can also start with a smaller plan and upgrade it as you grow.
Can I make a one time purchase instead of enabling a plan?
Yes. You can make a one time top-up on your key via your account billing page.
What is a lookup?
A lookup is a 'keystroke', which is the press of a button on your keyboard. We offer unlimited lookups with our plans.
What is a verified address?
A verified address is the full address result selected from a search. A credit is equal to one verified address. We only charge per verified address and not per lookup.
What are premium datasets
Premium datasets are highly specialised, advanced country specific databases. Includes GBR AddressBase and Republic of Ireland Eircode
