Our address data is sourced from USPS, the US's main postal service. The database is updated daily and ZIP Code boundaries are updated as needed to accommodate changes to delivery areas.
Street names and house numbers are not changed frequently; however, new builds are added to the database daily. If someone moves out of a house and it is not occupied, this will be updated as vacant on the USPS address database. In order to keep your address database up-to-date and maintained, implement our Address Lookup API on your address form to capture valid addresses.
